Field supervisors oversee, manage, and lead staff in the field. Provide direction, encouragement, and support to staff. Conduct daily or weekly visits to evaluate and monitor individual's progress and program goals. Assist with staff training, on-boarding, annual evaluations, and meetings. 

Specialist work with the individual in their home and/or in the community supporting them to develop independent living skills to gain a greater level of independence. Will also assist individuals in making community connections and actively engage in the community.

Recreation aides guide, instruct, and support children and youth ages 3-17 achieve their social recreation goals through real experiences and structured activities. Leading and organizing games and activities that promote personal enjoyment, peer interaction, social growth, all the while teaching social skills, and enhancing current ones.
